We arrived safely in Marina Rubicon on Tuesday evening. The skipper has
flown back to the UK with Rupert leaving Andy, Dominik and myself to explore
Lanzarotte until we fly back late on Sunday.
We are leaving the boat here until mid-November when we will return and sail
to Gran Canaria and onwards across the Atlantic. We understood that the
marina here was secure and safe to leave a boat unattended. In reality
there is no security whatsoever and the boat is moored in the middle of a
restaurant/shopping complex and anybody has completely free access to the
boat.
There will be more blogging in November, until then, fair winds
