Have spent 3 wonderful, but rather wet and windy days inside Horseshoe Reef in the Tobago Cays.
They are deserted sandy islets, very similar to the Florida Cays.Terry had a wonderful birthday here, complete with lots of cards from most of the family as well as a cake provided by Helen and Jenny.
The snorkelling is magnificent. So far we have swum with turtles, who were completely relaxed about us being near them, and have had close encounters with a nurse shark and a barracuda. As this is a National Park and therefore protected, the coral reefs are perfect and are home to a myriad of  brightly coloured tropical fishes of all sizes.
Next stop Union Island
