Just the 2 of now as we continue southbound. The passage to Cascais near
Lisbon took about 30 hours, much of which was spent motoring because the
winds were so light. However, as dawn came up on Tuesday morning, we found
ourselves enveloped in thick fog, and it lasted for the remaining 8 hours to
Cascais. Miraculously it cleared suddenly just as we were entering harbour
and the temperature soared towards the high 70s.
After 2 days off for shopping, and generally chilling, we've moved on to
Sines. This time we had strong winds on our tail which meant. very fast and
exhilirating sailing. Next Lagos on the Algarve.
