the Venezuelan shirt, 'Jonny' helped Susie a lot when she missed her
European flight home because her local flight with Laser Airlines was
delayed 4 hours. He argued strongly on her behalf, and finally Laser agreed
to arrange and pay for a hotel and a flight back to Spain. Jonny stayed with
her all the time until they were in the hotel. Susie and Evie met Jonny when
she arrived from Spain in Caracas, he was her contact for her hotel La
Parada in Caracas.
