The last photo is of Exceat and Chaser in Charlottesville as they were leaving.

Susie and Billy arrived on time at Tobago airport, Chaser was anchored in Store Bay about a quarter of a mile away. Yvonne and me walked to the airport terminal and waited for them to come through customs. We hopped in a taxi to take us and their luggage back to the beach bar in Store Bay. We had a couple of cold ones, then carried the suitcase and bags to our dinghy on the beach outside the bar.

Quite a unique experience for us all.

We are now in Castara Bay (first photo) This really is an untouched Caribbean Island.  We havn't seen the interior of the Island yet, maybe next week we'll take a tour. The snorkelling has been good and bad, some water is very murky, Plymouth Bay was terrible, and Buccou Bay was disappointing, but Mount Irvine and Store Bay were very good as you can see from the photos. The black and yellow Angel Fish was about 15 inches across.

Our Pelican friends make us laugh, these giant  unstable looking birds circle above and dive perfectly into the water to catch their prey. As they surface a dozen or so small seagulls jump on their head to steal the fish from their giant beaks. The Pelicans seem to have adopted a policy of keeping their long beak in the water until the seagulls lose interest, then they quickly raise their bill and Gulp! Gulp! down their catch.

Last night we had a nice meal in Cascreole restaurant, on the beach overlooking Chaser. A good fish or lamb meal, with a variety of vegetables. A few cold ones and a couple of rums after for 400 TT$ about 35 pounds or 50 euros for the four of us. Not too bad.

In Plymouth Bay we went ashore at 10pm to see if any giant leather back turtles had arrived, but it wasn't to be that night, maybe next time. We did go ashore in the mornings to help the local fishermen pull in their seine nets. It is hard work, they row out dropping their net as they go in a large half circle (about 3/4 mile long) then they pull it in by hand to the beach capturing all thats within. Our first day in turned out to be quite a lot, but the second day was disappointing.

We plan to go in to Charlottesville tomorrow or the next day and stay for a few days while we arrange a tour or a car hire. It's easire to get ashore their, they have a dinghy dock of sorts, everywhere else we've had to beach the dinghy.
