Wales she shouted bloody Wales! I was down below, I said you should know better than that to generalize about peoples nationality, there are good and bad in all.

Not Wales, ------- Whales, Whales in that they are heading for the boat Whales, christ there going underneath!

I ran up and saw a black shadow go under the boat, heart stopped for a moment, I hadn't seen how deep it was, when it came out the other side it wasn't that deep, consequently it wasn't that big, I thought it was a shark at first but then it rose to the surface. It was a Pilot whale, pilot whales are a bit bigger than the larger dolphins, there were just two of them, they came back and sat under and around the bow for some time, you could hear them talking to each other.

We wanted more wind now we have it Force 6-7, we've reefed our twizzle rig, doing a good speed, sea is a bit lumpy. Maximum speed last night 10.4knots!
