It's 10.00hrs a nice sunny morning somewhere 200  miles off the African Coast Position 25.20.00N 18.52.00W.

Just had the first cup of tea, I was sleeping till 0900hrs, we have to have a watch system over night, so we have decided that Non sleeps 2100hrs to midnight, then I sleep midnight to 0300hrs, Yvonne again at 0300hrs to 0600hrs, then I sleep 0600hrs till 0900hrs. It seems to be working and the next day or so we should get in a routine.  We can catnap during the day if needs be, but at least we get a good 6hrs in our cot if nothing happens that needs the attention of two people.

We have a rule that we never leave the cockpit when the other is not on deck awake.

Yvonne just called and said she has seen a brown, our first sighting of anything on the trip so far. No flying fish on deck so no breakfast!

We made some water yesterday, now we're running the generator to charge the batteries and baking some bread for the next two days. Then breakfast and roll call.
