Day 11 - A swim in fish paradise

Marco and Cori had an early start to leave our anchor spot at 6am. Not only to see another beautiful sunrise, but mainly to make it all the way up to the "crowned islands" (Kornati). It's a very special place in Croatia with small islands reaching out of the water, without any vegetation, some of them in the shape of a pyramid. We found a beautiful bay with buoys to take a dip in the water. It was nearly perfect, if there wasn't a big motor yacht anchoring next to us leaving their generator on. we tried to fade out the soaring sound with out italo disco delight playlist containing contemporary and historical italian classics.
For lunch the Omnia oven served us once more for a real treat: Quiche with Zucchine and cheese. After lunch we headed out to sea again. We took a very special cousrse: It's the first time Avventura is heading west again after having crossed the atlantic. This special day was gifted with a dolphin sighting by all of us together for the first time on this trip. With a very nostalgic sunset moment we enjoyed another pasta alla norma.
P.s. No fish today - we kind of gave up and didn't throw the silk today. Only later we discovered our missed chance, getting to know that appareantly the Kornati are very fish rich waters - what a bummer.
