Another 150 Nm day.  After a dinner of Cap Verde chicken, Andrej took the 18.00 – 20.00 watch which happened to be 3 hours because of the time zone change.  We went through the night with main and poled out genoa, only pausing to throw in a reef when approaching clouds threatened rain and a squall.  After that the wind dropped and at daybreak James and Doug shook out the reef. At about 09.0 we gybed as the wind was veering and we wanted some southerly to minimise the light winds facing us tomorrow.  First we tried the poled out A sail, then hoisted the symmetric spinnaker, which we have flown all day making 6.5 – 7 knots.

Caught one small fish, too small to make a meal so back in the sea it went.

All in all, a nothing sort of day.
