Very little to report today –all  seems a blur of the same (reasons for the blur may become apparent later)

The night became increasingly windy and uncomfortable – soon after midnight with Andre and Toby on watch, there was a squall with winds of 38 knots and for the first time we had to dump main to prevent rounding up.
Also during the night we crossed paths with two other yachts – one with the name “True Blue”, according to AIS a 20m sailing yacht;  tempted to give them a call to discuss boat names but decided that at 02.00 it was not too appropriate.
Really an unremarkable day – another day of confused sea states, but with less winds, so we were taking reefs in (and out when another squall came) to find the best combination to allow us to make reasonable progress.
Two massive positives.  Firstly Toby found that he had in his cabin another crate of beer – clearly we need to finish this before St Lucia (hence the blur?), and for the second we are now only 59.79 Nm from St Lucia.  We would have liked to arrive when the bars were open – we’ll jus have to make amends tomorrow.  Current forecast for arrival time – probably 02.30 St Lucia time.

Nadine says “hello” to parents, granddad and brothers; Doug says “hi” to all the family, Andrej says “ahoj” to all his friends and family in Slovakia and the UK who are following the blog.  Toby says can somebody meet him on he dock with cocktails please.
