Conch fritters in Jolly Harbour, Antigua

Today we made our way through torrential rain and a few 35 knot squalls up the coast to Jolly Harbour, with a brief stopover to do some snorkelling in Cades Reef on the way.  Here we are anchored, and whilst waiting for the right weather window to set-off, (next few days), and with more final preparations, we made time to cook up and feast on our conch …..
