Caught bus into Palma to obtain a permit from
the National Park Office for a trip over to Cabrera,a small group of islands
just off the south coast of Mallorca.People in the office despite the fact that
they spoke no English were extremely helpful and a permit was granted for 2
nights stay in the archipelago.
Palma is much nicer than we had imagined and there
are some lovely places to visit.
Had a very nice meal in the old town in a small
cellar like dwelling which played good jazz music.
Moving on tomorrow to some mooring buoys across the
bay just south of El Arenal.
