Motored again most of the way to
Graciosa,tried putting up gib before entry into channel to Isla Graciosa and
managed to gain apprx.2knts.Anchored in bay beside the mole of the marina around
6pm.Getting quite good re anchoring techniques! Decided to take it in turns to
anchor watch as winds picking up again by 12 midnight up to 40knts! Seems to be
our good fortune!.Luckily winds began dying down around 3am.By morning they were
around 12knts and we decided it would be better to enter the marina as wind was
predicted to increase.
Met up with oue sea family 'Touche', Maureen and
Glen who were moored opposite us.They had wondered what had happened to us as
they were expecting to see us on their arrival into the harbour!
 That night had dinner together and had a good
chin wag re our sailing experiences to Graciosa! They had also had a bit of a
time of it.We are now both waiting for a good weather window which will take us
up to Gib.
