The marina is quite social and hold a BBQ every
Sunday so that newcomers can get aquainted with others that have been here for a
while.We decided that we would go to fact find general information.We were sorry
we did as no sooner had we put our meat on the BBQ the mosquitos decided to
attack in great swarms,we had never seen anything like it, they
obviously fly over from the salt lake and lagoon.
This prematurely terminated our appearance and we
spent the rest of the evening nursing our wounds!!!
We are hoping to start work on the boat and bow
roller on Monday ,as long as the weather holds out, as Octoober is prone to
heavy thunderstorms.
