Not a lot to report today.

Light wind, sunny. Amazing speed despite the gentle wind. At one point we were sailing at 5kts in only 3.9kts of wind! There must be a strong west going current.

We’ve sailed all afternoon under the cruising chute and are making just over 4kts. Should we leave it up after sunset?!

Endorphin Beta had a horrible night approaching the Nicobar Islands with thunder squalls. At one point they had 44kts wind. The mainsail jammed in the mast furler and split and so is out of action. Our agent in the Maldives Asadhulla assures us that sail repairs and electrical work can be sorted on arrival……..

Ahead of us Hecla arrived today and is at anchor. No updates yet so we assume Jon has been asleep today!
