A lovely sunny day, regular swell and good breeze. Really good sailing conditions and fingers crossed this will hold over the three days of our remaining passage.
Annie is very disappointed that we didn’t get onto the island this morning. I feel we made the right decision to abandon the attempt but am open to the charge of being overly cautious.
We have a lot of pre-prepared lentil stew that will be eaten over the three days - as it is, as a curry and maybe as a chilli.
There will be a bottle of fizz (Australian of course) to celebrate dry land again and an end to this leg of our journey.
