But they certainly swim, from a hot a sunny Staniel Cay, about halfway down the Exuma Cays chain. Which is also the location they used for James Bond Thunderball movie (the photos in the bar say 1964!!). That’s two 007 movie locations we’ve been to, the other was The Man with the Golden Gun island in Thailand.

 

There was great excitement as the supply ship and the fuel tanker arrived today. The local Grocery Store, Island General, put a call out on the VHF to say they would be closed until 1200 noon as they were on the dock unloading the ship. At 1201 the whole cruising community hit the store for fresh produce, ourselves included – it was just the most fun sociable event, stood on line for 20 mins in this little General Store. Later we went to the “Swimming Pigs” beach and then went to the Sandals Resort, but their restaurant was closed for lunch.
