Still here on Tenerife for a 4 night visit to the UK from 4 to 7 Nov and the we bring back some more provisions and boat parts – my case was 30kg and Suzanne’s was 26kg – but Thomson were really good – no excess charge. Then we spent the next few days doing modifications to the boat systems, improving the ease with which we can handle her, then it’s off in the rental car – sight seeing, more shopping and provisioning ready for our crew, Steve, Di and Hollie.

 

I also had to squeeze a quick birthday in for Suzanne. which went well – with cards from fiends and family – many text messages and a few treats during the day for her, before our crew arrive in the morning
