Flights booked for Tuesday, end of another trip.
All fine here in Almerimar, we did have one little incident, we are moored,
stern to a concrete jetty, the wind does blow. Anyway, I left one of the bikes
near the edge and the wind blew it into the water, I tried to snag it with the
dinghy anchor and managed to get that caught too! This morning I grabbed Carols
'spare air' a tiny dive cylinder that gives you about 10 breaths, and braved the
murky marina water, diluted sewage? Found the bike, disentangled the anchor and
all was recovered fine, alls well that ends well. We just need to wash the boat
tomorrow and then home on Tuesday morning. Our 3 week planned trip has taken 6
and we never got to Portugal, but we are in a fairly cheap, secure marina, close
to home via Easyjet and P3 is firmly for sale, so lets hope she sells. Thanks
for reading my feeble literary efforts, hope they were enjoyable.
