Course 091 Speed 6.5 knots
Heading in the right direction at last! Cate has
stated a definate preference for being less well heeled than we have been hard
on the breeze since departure from Sydney!
Allan continues to sleep for Australia, shame it
isn't an olympic sport. He has now been renamed "Sir Sleepalot". Clearly the sea
air is having the desired effect.
Weather conditions have calmed down significantly
and we are under a full press of canvas making good miles towards NZ. All things
being equal we should pass the half-way mark sometime late tomorrow, or early
Monday from whence it is "all down hill". The weather is looking pretty
good out to the 96 hour point, hopefully we will make it across without any
further headwinds.
Until tomorrow
