Hi All,
We were hopeful of a 200nm day but unfortunately
the breeze died out somewhat early this morning and so we will have to
content ourselves with the 169.5nm we actually achieved. Still a good days
offing.
The weather continues to improve despite Mr. A.
Allan Tillet's naysaying of my forecasting abilities. I must say the model has
improved considerably since hope was removed as a data input set...
The day has been quiet with the exception of some
spinaker excitement - a chafed halyard left it streaming out alongside us. Sail
retirieved, nnil damage, we'll have another go tomorrow.
Anyhoo, sunset with Gin and fizzy Tang beckons.
