We are at 07:02.80N 57:37.97W hoping to arrive at the entrance to the Esseqibo River before 5pm in order to enter it tonight and not have to spend a rolly night at anchor in the middle of no-where. It is touch and go at present but the river entrance is shallow and difficult so not to be attempted at night. Weather is cloudy with odd squalls due to a frontal trough stretching across the Atlantic.
