We have had a busy few days in Las Palmas getting the boat ready - and a few parties as well! We had our faces painted by Jane for the crew themed party 'Under the Sea' and went to the old town on Thursday night to enjoy 'Pintxo' - basically small tapas washed down with a Rioja - great fun and delicious

We hope that our watermaker will be fixed and refitted tomorrow so all is good on Associate. It has been a bit touch and go with parts being sent from America. We are now thinking that we wont be arriving in St Lucia smelling too much!

The fresh fruit was bought today from the market and then diligently washed in 'Milton' - to make sure that we didn't import any bugs. The cooked meats and cheeses arrive tomorrow all vacuum packed and that will be us fully stocked and ready to go on Sunday...........nervous anticipation has set in with us all
