Enroute to Bonifaco 14 and 15 July 2010

14 07 2010 11:30 we stopped in a beach Cala di
Conka where we had a swim, rented pedalo and had a nice lunch in a beach
restaurant. At 14:30 we sailed and at 17:30, although the wind had picked up to
a nice force five from the North there were huge waves from the South so sailing
was very uncorfotable so we decided to stop in Anse de Portu, abeautiful cove
with few homes and anoother two boats.
We barbequed and stayed for the night.
On the 15th July we sailed to Bomifacio at 08:30
and arrived in Bonifacio at 10:45. To enter the port we had to wait because the
traffic was very heavy outbound so we were instructed to wait for half an hour
to guide us to a pier.
Very interesting operation seeing SuperYachts
exiting the port and the navettes coming in and out with lots of
tourists.
