We left Tyrell at 0930LT and tried the brand new
auto pilot a Raymarine SX30 which worked perfect, that made us very happy and
sailed to Grenada.
We sailed southsoutheast and passed over the
submerged volcano ''Kick' em Jenny'', the islands and rocks of Les
Tantes, Ronde island and Caille island.
We arrived at Le Phare Bleu Marina after being
hit by a squall with 35 knots of wind...great sailing, under rain and a dark
sky. We furled half of the Genoa making 9kts of speed aqnd when
the squall passed we came back to normal full sail and to our correct
course.
Le Phare Bleu Marina is a beautiful resort with
three nice pontoons for the yachts and an old Light Swedish boat used as the
restaurant, office, showers and a very nice lounge.
Enjoy the pictures.
