Armenistis

Monday morning a very early shopping to buy meat and then lots of cooking.  Ragou beef, chicken for adding in a Tika Masala ready sauce and a Lemon veal (Christiana's great recipe) I did'nt have though white wine so I substituted with a little Remy Martin enriched by few drops of ouzo...good result.
Four hours cooking and then cooling and deep freezing. This morning the temperature of the food had reached -10 degrees so by tonight hopefully it will be -18 degree.
Steaks were bought and the butcher vacuumed them and kept them in his freezer till Saturday when I will pick them up and together with some frozen pizzas will add to our menus.

1&2. Shopping in the Municipal Market, fish was rejected since we will catch our own
The butcher preparing the pieces for the ragu
3.     Armenistis neighbours' dinner (A Southerly 47)
4.     My dinner at the marina tapas bar
5&6. ARC's kids playing in the beach in two age groups
7.      ARC's  Catamaran marina

Today Tuesday it is raining heavily and hopefuly it stops because I have to clean the hull and the inox man has to bring the hatch back and install it, otherwise I am stuck in the boat.
