On the 11th Dec the cew left for home.
At night there was a paty with local music.......and barbeques everywhere then with Mats, the skipper of Amoress a Swedish flag Swan that most likely will gain 1st position oveall and 1st position in Swan challenge, we decided to go to the beach bar ´´Spinnakers´´ and tried some rum punches.
12th Dec worked on the boat prepared the dinghy and the outboard, from now on we will depend on the dinghy, most of the islands do not have marinas and you have to anchor or  pick up a buoy. I had to prepare some stainless steel wires and lock the dinghy to the dock with paddlocks (thats the sad part especially after St Lucia)
The day was very interested weatherwise, in the morning we had a tropical storm from the East the wind blew at 35-45kts and there were clouds and rain. The rain is not heavy so you can continue doing work on the deck and you don t feel cold even with this strong wind.  Then it stops raining, everything dries and you have another short storm. You get used to it, the only thing is that you have to open and close the hatches continuously.
There is plenty of company around some new friends from the race so no loneliness and whenever you feel alone you just walk to ´´Cafe ole´´ 100meters away where there is wi fi and plenty of people to talk good snacks, illy cafe and the local Pitons beer.
