After preparing the menu for 21 days (hope our crossing will take shorter) in a spreadsheet, quantity calculations were made based in the dietary requirements and the time. The factor of limited space was also considered.
Provisioning will be done in 5 stages:
 
1. Well preserved food (Tins, dehydrated vegs Cereals dry fruits e.t.c.) any day starting from tomorrow
2. Fresh meats and chicken to be cooked (between 13-18Nov when wil be cooked cooled and to be frozen)
3. Cured goods Cheeses, Jamon, saucisson e.tc.  (16-19 Nov)  
4. Fresh fruits vegetables, eggs, butter and bread  (20 & 21 Nov)
5. Bottled water 63x2lt bottles, soft drinks, beer and UHT milk (will be done last week 16-20 Nov)
 
The next few days I have to try some products to see if they are tasty and try to find Feta Cheese !! up to now the only thing I have found is Yogourt ''griego''.
My first searches for Greek restaurants were unscusseful, I will try Carrefour we see!!
