EIsla Marcacci Canal Darwin.
Every mile up the
Darwin Canal shallower by the mile subdued the swell. A dozen miles up we made
one of the small islands to find a fabulous lee from the wind and put in. The
anchorage of Isla Marcacci, sea lions and otters reported. 45.24.30 S 74.09.35
W We dropped a two
point rope tie stern and bow and ran the anchor back out on the chain for a fine
three point moor. Ready for the wind the afternoon sunshine came to say hello,
the water calm for bedtime with our new sea creature chums of the
bay. |
