Closing the head of Canal Saremento we came into the small open bay of Bueno marked by a channel light on Pounds Island. Another haven of tranquillity in green hillside protection. King Crab reported in the bay were elusive but there was time for a dingy trip up to the waterfall. We tied up and took small animal trails through the bush for a view of the upper lake.
