we spent two days at Tobago Cays which are a few
small uninhabited islands protected from the fury of the Atlantic by a horseshoe
reef. There are also several reefs in all different directions---Marita is still
in one piece!
We anchored the boats in a cut between two islands
where there was an element (not much) of protection from the wind. Camelot to
the right and Marita to the rear left.
![]() We went to the protected turtle area by dinghy and
snorkelled with them and a variety of fish etc
![]() there were a large number of boats in the
anchorage
![]() in the evening we had a lobster supper on the beach
cooked by Kojak
![]() they were delicious
![]() ![]() the locals had tea early
![]() and there was an extra on stand by for any left
overs
![]() We then sailed to Union Island in readiness to sail
to Bonaire
