We are ready for the 'off' tomorrow with enough
food for the seige of Mafeking. Nick Gore (crew) arrived last night-----his
plane was 45 minutes late but the Cape Verde airline changed the scheduled time
of arrival on the 'arrivals' board and thus it arrived on time!
 Before that there was a trip up Karacool's mast to
fix a loose tricolour bulb----22 metres this time!
  Forecast looks good; we will post position reports
as we go across bound for Antigua.
