I am currently at anchor with the new Ronca 25 anchor. It dug in first time and held hard even with some decisive astern thrust on the engine.

Pretty pleased with that and has given me added piece of mine!

I rebuilt the steering pedestal yesterday but realised there was more (same old story) to do to actually finish the job of fully servicing this.

Lots of little jobs like putting the grab bag together with the new flares and checking this all complies with the ARC safety lists.

I am off to Dartmouth on Friday to take a look at the new sails, i’m told the staysail should be done by then.

Weather calm and generally very nice.
