Here we are, sitting in rainy Shelter Bay Marina on the Atlantic side of the
Panama Canal. Miss Molly is ready for her canal transit, which will start
this Thursday 29 May in the afternoon. We will do the 3 Gatun locks that day
and spend the night in Gatun Lake nearby these locks. The next day (Friday
30 May) we will continue the canal transit and hope to be at the Miraflores
locks at about 12:00 local time or later (17:00 UTC). With a bit of luck you
can see Miss Molly on the webcam of the Miraflores locks, check it out on
www.pancanal.com!
Hopefully the weather will improve, since it is much more enjoyable to
handle the lines when it's dry rather than being rained upon.
