We managed to leave the forecasted squall behind us with some great sailing and, when we run out of wind, motoring. Our friend Sam on Ramprasad was not so lucky and got stuck in 35 kts winds last night. He had the company of a tired bird hanging out on his boat after that, which was probably recovering from the stormy weather as well as Sam. He's ok though, he knew it was coming and being prepared certainly helps. We think we got some wind of that storm that gave us some good progress until it was blown through and there was none left.

Unfortunately we've been motoring ever since last night, the winds are too light. We are expecting them to fill in again, since we heard on the radio that the boats behind us already have the wind that is still supposed to come our way. We now have about 600 miles to go and the smell of fresh bread is coming from the oven....

Cheers from
