Long, long day...  Slow, slow progress...
The result ?  We are about 110 nm from the middle of  the Napoli bay...  At least, the computer is saying so...
Those  ~100+ nm usually should be passed by quickly... But there is nothing granted when you are 'sailing' in the Med...

Today, I've found myself  hand steering the boat, at the middle  between Sardinia and Napoli,  fighting  for the tenth of the knots of speed...   2.1... 2.4...   2.0...   The 15m boat,   dressed with  geneker and full main... was trying to use the lightest movement of the air in order to move...   Hour after hour...  Autopilot has appeared to be the smartest... ' Guys,  do whatever you want...  Do not want to use the motor to give me some speed to deal with ? Fine... But I'm not  participating in than circuse... '.

Hour progress for the day -- not so great, to say it politely... But we are moving,  in the right direction.
In front of us -- in accordance with the weather models -- there is a smalll High system, which is blocking everything... On its 'other side', we should get some NW winds ( hopefully, morning ), and using them  - to finish crossing...

Meantime, we are motoring ... The sky full of  stars,   the Moon raised a few minutes ago...  All those beauties are matched by the reflections in the mirrow of calm and flat water...

Tomorrow is another day...

Everything is good!

Talk to you soon,
M.
