Waiting to see if I have another kidney stone or whether the steering will stiffen up is frustrating, should I get away from the boat for a while?

Thursday 13

Booked flight to St Marteen, via Panama; going to stay with Debi and Bob on Passat.

Friday 14

6 hour bus to Guatamala City and booked into Las Torres for the night at the usual Rio Dulce Cruiser special rate $30.

Saturday 15

Flight to Panama, but 11 hour wait for next flight, stayed in Departures so did not get another Panama stamp.

Sunday 16

Flight to St Marteen, arrived for lunch.

2 weeks including Xmas.  Went round Budget Marine and Island Water World, but did not buy very much.

Sunday 30

Went to the airport by dinghy and tied up at the ferry terminal just across from the terminal, forgot there would be immigration there.

Said goodbye to Debi and Bob and caught 12.30 flight to Panama, with only an hour until flight to Guatamala.  Arrived at hotel in the City by 6pm, such a short trip compared to the outbound one.

Monday 31

On the 6am bus to Rio Dulce and back to the boat by lunchtime. 

New Year, there were fireworks, but I went to bed at 8.45.
