Not sure whose idea it was to go clockwise around Cuba – but it was definitely the wrong decision.  It was fine along the southern archipelago where we had easterly breezes but now we’re at the western tip and heading east we’ve got those same winds on the nose, with current against us.  Not much fun tacking away without making much progress.
