St George's - the capital of Grenada - is a busy, friendly place. There
are good vegetable and fish markets. Also - when there's a cruise ship on
the dock - lots of broad-backsided Americans in unfortunate shorts and
trainers.

We spent a couple of nights anchored off Hog Island. Roger opens his bar
with a case of cold Carib each evening but otherwise it's uninhabited. The
reefs make for some interesting pilotage in but also mean there's no swell
to make us roll. The Little Dipper restaurant overlooking the island is
reputed to be Grenada's best. It's certainly good value. Food for four
including lobster and conch for less than £25.
