MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL OUR FRIENDS!

 

We are in Nelson, north of the South Island. It is beautiful here and I am not only talking about the weather. We have spent two days in Hanmer Springs and then drove across fantastic sceneries to Nelson. A few photos attached. We getting used to camping, a pretty new experience but quite fun.

 

We stopped to see our cruising friends Phil and Helen in Christchurch. They took us to the theatre to see the musical "Grease". Their daughter was playing in it. It really was excellent and we had a very enjoyable evening.

 

Off to the west coast today and down to Darfield tomorrow afternoon to spend Christmas with Aimee an family.
