The EJ's Voyage

Well we survived the night and the cold front! It has been hauling the whole night, since 5PM last night actually. The wind shifted West - North West so the sea was calm-ish as we lie behind the mangroves that are protecting us. But we have 35 metres anchor chain out so we are swinging like a yoyo! However in these conditions better have as much chain out as possible.

Still blowing this morning but we hope it will calm down by midday.

Forgot to tell you that I had my first salsa dance lesson when we were at the beach bar the other day. This Cuban dancer pointed at me and got me on the dance floor. Actually it was fun and Mike thought it very amusing!

We hope to set sail again tomorrow to carry on our way to the North of the Island.

Love
Catherine and Mike
