It seems to have been a long night after we finally ran out of sufficient wind to beat the foul tide we motored from dusk to 0700 this morning. Now we are again under sail making quiet progress in more or less the correct direction. We are still several hours away from the west end of Brittany where we will be able to turn south and start to head for warmer waters. It is a lovely morning with sunshine and a gently rolling swell.
Because we are close to the coast I have access to the internet and so am sending a couple of photos.
Allegria lying in Herm, Chanel Islands
Sue and Terry looking happy at leaving Jersey behind.
