Here we go.....we are Day 15 counting from leaving
Lymington Marina, but Day 1 of "The First Big Sail" (TFBS) which kicked off with
a 7 am start from Jersey. A gorgeous morning, which blossomed into a
beautiful, warm and very sunny day. We have sailed, mostly into the wind
using Main and Genoa with an occasional swap to the jib...and are now motoring
as it got so calm, and the wind and tide was such that we were in
danger of going backwards. It is however 'Happy Hour' which sadly only
indicates food being served - a "this is one I prepared earlier" lasagne.

rota...so far so good. All digits and anything else crossable firmly
crossed for continued benign seas
