Arrived at the head of the Mahon channel, Menorca at 7:30am after a 201 NM motor sail from Stintino, Sardinia. So made good average speed of 8.55knts, close hauled, double reefed main and jib in winds up to 20knts, dealing with a significant swell for most of the trip. 95NM to go and the Jefa autopilot drive failed so it was manual steering from that point on. I have a spare and will organise a change out in Palma, Mallorca. Meant virtually no sleep for over 24 hours by the time we finally got a berth stern-to the town Quay.

Had a lunch nearby, contemplated changing out the Jefa autopilot drive myself, but it's very tight and so will leave to the trades with the right tools.
