Anchored off Spile beach, Himare. We had a swim to shore, returned to the boat and then Zim conducted our PT class, using fitness bands I had brought with me. Then a quick cool down splash in the  water, enjoying an Aperol spritz thereafter. We took the dinghy ashore to explore the Spile beach village, all relatively new compared to Sarande. Very neat, busy with local tourists, not inundated with tripper boats and cruise liner traffic. Zimi met a restaurateur who came from the same region in Albania as his family. We had dinner there, promoting "Grandma" food prepared and served by 3 generations of the family working the restaurant.
