Depart Monterosso Al Mare for La Spezia.

 

Very uncomfortable night in swell swinging off the mooring.

 

We walked along one of the Cinque Terre trails from Monterosso Al Mare to Venazza. Took about 2.5hrs. Good exercise and great views back to Monterosso Al Mare from elevation of about 500m before steep descent to Venazza. We took train back from Venazza - 4 Mins!

 

It was also the longest period of non smoking during waking hours for Bill for the entire trip.
