We set off from Chagos at 1100 this morning—a nice day to sail, though we loved the place so much—and the company of Smoke and Gromit---sad to leave!

We’re now making good speed on a broad reach, having passed the Perhos Banos atoll and into the deedp blue. Within 15 minutes of leaving our atoll we caught

a lovely 6kg mahi-mahi---so fish dinner this evening and another 3 fish dinners in the freezer. Our favourite fish! Otherwise nothing to report—we are headed for

Mayotte, about 1700 miles away.
