Vodafone here in Cephalonia very helpful and we
were able to sort out the problems we were having with our internet
service.
Sami looks a very pretty harbour and at present
there are very few boats here plus most of the Taverns are only just being
prepared for opening for the Easter period.

Rain, rain and more rain ,non stop for the next 3
days and the town looks like a ghost town with hardly a soul
around.

STREET.Monday 18th
Skies a little brighter so we decided to take the
early bus to the other side of the island to Argostoli about 23kms away. Very
pleasant journey traversing quite a rugged coastline.Much of the island
was devastated by an earthquake that they had in 1953 and Argostoli has been
practically rebuilt.Much more choice here with regards to food shopping,with
lots of fruit and veg stalls with reasonable prices attached!
