We motored up from Bastia to the Northern tip of Corsica and anchored off in a bay ready for the return trip to Mainland tomorrow.

A great beach in the bay with cows grazing on the beach amongst the tourists and lovely clear water.

Having had a vibration on the propeller coming up to Bastia I decided to check things while swimming around the boat. Whilst the propeller itself looked fine the rubber seal protecting the sail drive leg had come unstuck and was sagging down. A phone call to our engineer in Port Napoleon confirmed that while not serious in itself could interfere with the propeller and cause vibration/lack of power which would be a big problem. With a long trip tomorrow it was back in the water under the boat and remove the offending seal.
