27th - Plymouth to Fowey

A nice sunny day with a light easterly wind again - So up went the spinnaker, just enough wind to keep her filling without any effort driving us between 4 to 6 knots. Picture is our crewman 'George' doing his bit.

28th Fowey to Yealm

A very peaceful night but clearly it rained alot. Set sail for the Yealm in murky drizzle - believe it or not once again a dead run the wind having swung to the West. The Bimini served as a great umbrella. Hope in the future it will be against the sun.

I hope the head winds are not being saved for next week.

Back to Plymouth tomorrrow for the final preparations.
